More About Us
Do you have a 4x4 and are keen to support your community as a Responder?
If you don't have a 4x4 that is OK! Perhaps you have other skills e.g. IT; organisational or funding?
Our charity is made up entirely of unpaid volunteers who give their time and use their own 4x4 vehicles. Often expenses are paid for callouts. We assist the emergency services, local authorities and health services in emergency situations, where their normal transport is unable to cope because of the weather or terrain, or their transport resources are depleted due to other concurrent incidents.
We also hold training days monthly (where possible) giving members a unique opportunity to drive their vehicles off the beaten track in our stunning Highlands and improve their skills.
Interested? Browse our website or perhaps take a look at our FAQ's page. Please come and join us for a taster/getting to know us day.
